Do your diamonds come with a certification?
We do have certificates available. Some jewelry pieces include a certificate at no extra cost, while others may not.
If your piece does not include one, we can arrange a certificate upon request. In some cases, an additional fee may apply.
Can I request a certificate later if I didn’t get one at purchase?
Yes. If you’d like a certificate after your purchase, please contact us.

Do your diamonds come with any warranty?
Yes.
We provide a lifetime guarantee covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, loss, or accidental damage.
Do you offer resizing or repairs?
Not at the moment. We’re working on adding this service soon.
Can I customize my jewelry?
Not at the moment. We will be adding custom design options soon.

Do you offer financing or installment plans?
Yes.
We currently offer flexible installment options through Affirm and Shop Pay at checkout.
How long does shipping and processing take?
- Processing time: 1–3 business days. Orders placed after 6 PM Friday will begin processing on Monday. Weekend days do not count as business days.
- Ready-to-ship items: ship within 1–3 business days after processing.
- Custom-made items: require 4–6 weeks to complete before shipping. All orders are insured and tracked for your peace of mind.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a [30 day] return and exchange policy on unworn items in original condition. Customised or engraved jewelry may not be eligible for return.
