Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

AP Diamonds is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after confirmed delivery by the carrier.

If your package arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at shopapdiamonds@gmail.com so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 7 business days of delivery.
Sales Tax
As a Florida-based business, sales tax is applied to orders shipped within Florida in accordance with state law. Orders shipped outside Florida may be subject to other state sales taxes at checkout.
Signature Required for All Shipments
To ensure the highest level of security, an adult signature is required upon delivery for all orders. This policy applies regardless of any prior delivery authorizations you may have arranged with the courier.
