AP Diamonds Return & Refund Policy

At AP Diamonds, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our jewelry and want every purchase to feel truly special.


Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it

  • Unworn and unused

  • With tags attached if any, and in its original packaging

  • Accompanied by the original receipt & proof of purchase

To start a return, please contact us at shopapdiamonds@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we will provide:

  • A free prepaid return shipping label

  • Clear instructions on how to return your package

⚠️ Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and items past the 30 day mark will not be eligible for a refund.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

If it has been more than 15 business days since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at shopapdiamonds@gmail.com.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest and only way is to complete a return and place a new order once your refund is processed.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • Your item is defective

  • Your item arrives damaged

  • You receive the wrong item

We will promptly evaluate and resolve the issue.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

To provide peace of mind for our customers, AP Diamonds does not impose restrictions such as “final sale” items on all items. It will be noted in the description of certain products if it is final sale. 

All eligible purchases can be returned within our 30-day policy.

However, the following cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalised jewelry orders


Shipping Policy

  • We currently ship exclusively within the United States except to these locations but not limited to; Alaska, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific and PO boxes.

  • Return shipping is always free for approved returns.
